MS Excel Bill Reminder Project-8

Excel Bill Reminder को बनाने के लिए निचे दिए गए विडियो तथा बताये गए स्टेप को एक-एक करके फॉलो करें|

1-पहले एक्सेल को ओपन करें

2-नीचे पिक्चर में दिए गए हैडिंग के हिसाब से आप अपने एक्सेल को डिजाईन करें व कलर फिल करें

3-निचे दिए गए पिक्चर के तरह आप भी अपने शीट पर कुछ डेटा टाइप कर लें|

4- अब टेक्स्ट Notification के लिए Reminder कॉलम में, नीचे दिए गए फार्मूला को टाइप करें|नीचे के तस्बीर को देखें

Text Notification Formula
=IF(C3<TODAY()+3,”Payment Reminder”,””)

5-अब फार्मूला जिस सेल में लिखा है उस सेल को Reminder कॉलम में निचे के सभी सेल में Drag(खीचकर) कर अप्लाई कर दें व इंटर प्रेस करे, तस्बीर ध्यान से देखे|

6-Text Notification का फार्मूला सभी सेल में फिल करने के बाद नीचे दिए गए तस्बीर के तरह आपके भी Payment Reminder का Message दिखाई देगा|

7-अब Amount कॉलम में Color Reminder का फार्मूला फिल करेंगे तो सबसे पहले आप कॉलम को पूरा सेलेक्ट कर लें |

8-अब New Rule बटन पर क्लिक करें Conditional Formatting आप्शन द्वारा|

9-एक बॉक्स ओपन होगा जिसमे “Use a Formula to determine which cell to format” आप्शन पर क्लिक करें तथा निचे दिए गए Color Formula को टाइप करें|

Color Notification Formula
=Date का सेल एड्रेस-Today()<=3

10-अब इसी बॉक्स में फॉर्मेट बटन पर क्लिक करें तथा फिल मेनू से Red कलर डिफाइन कर लें तथा ओके बटन पर क्लिक करें

11-अब Amount Column में आपको भी Color रिमाइंडर दिखाई देंगे, निचे के तस्बीर के अनुसार

फाइनली आपका Bill Reminder प्रोजेक्ट्स कम्पलीट हो चूका है|
