2- पहले शीट का नाम DataEntry तथा दुसरे शीट का नाम Database टाइप करे|

4- हैडिंग के बैकग्राउंड कलर तथा टेक्स्ट कलर को डिजाईन करें|

(a) Maintain multiple Godowns: यदि हमारे पास एक से अधिक स्टॉक पॉइंट /स्टोरेज लोकेशन्स/ गोडाउन विद्यमान हैं और हम इन लोकेशन्स के मध्य होने वाले स्टॉक के संचालन का हिसाब-किताब रखना चाहते हैं तो इस Options को Yes पर सेट करे। हमारे द्वारा इस options को Yes पर सेट किए जाने बाद ही Gateway of Tally>Inventory info मैन्यू में गोडाउन्स पर stock options प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा। हम प्रत्येक लोकेशन पर अपने स्टॉक्स की पहचान करने में सक्षम होने के साथ ही साथ वाउचर एंट्री के दौरान एक अथवा अधिक लोकेशन्स के लिए स्टॉक संचालन प्रदान कर पाएँगे।
